Do I need to create an account to place an order on tonyaallenrealestate.com?


A tonyaallenrealestate account is not required to place an order. However, we do recommend creating an account to make it easier the next time you shop with us and to conveniently manage your order(s).

Can I cancel or modify my order?


To provide the fastest possible delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

If there is an error with your order, please email [email protected] and we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

How can I check the status of my order?


You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being dispatched from our facility. You are also able to log into your tonyaallenrealestate online account and check order status under "My Orders," by clicking VIEW MY ORDER.

If you have not received your shipping notification and it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order, please email [email protected] and our team will assist you.

Why was all or part of my order cancelled?


All orders are subject to product availability. On the rare occasion that an item within your order is unavailable at the time of fulfillment, you will be notified via email. Our Customer Support team will adjust your order and issue a full refund for any missing item(s).

My tracking number says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received my package, what should I do?

If your tracking number shows on the carrier’s website that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Additionally, please verify the address that the order was shipped to by logging in to your tonyaallenrealestate account. If your shipping address is correct:
- Check around the delivery area for a safe place the carrier may have placed the package like nearby bushes, a back door, or garage.
- Check with any family members or roommates that may have grabbed your package for you.
- Check with your neighbors or building manager to see if they may have accepted the package for you or if it was delivered to them by mistake.
- If your building has a mailroom or front desk/reception, check to see if your package was left there.

If you still cannot locate your package, please email [email protected] and our team will do our best to assist you.

Do you charge sales tax?


Within the U.S., sales tax is charged at checkout on orders shipping to California, Colorado, Iowa, Nevada, New York, and North Carolina.

Duties and taxes may apply to orders shipping to Canada and Mexico. Orders are shipped DDU (delivered duties unpaid) and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

If I place an order, when will I be charged?


Payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We currently don’t offer expedited shipping.

What is Route Shipping Insurance?

Route is a third party application, that offers shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures customer protection in the case of a lost, stolen, or damaged package.

You can easily opt out during the checkout process. If you purchase Route's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary. You can also proceed to file a claim here.

LOST PACKAGE
An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "delivered." If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of shipping days, then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made.

How many days following the last tracking update should I file my claim?
Domestic orders - 7 days
International orders - 20 days

* Claims for orders lost in-transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.

STOLEN PACKAGE
An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as "delivered," but was not received. Route asks that you wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim.

* Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.

DAMAGED PACKAGE
If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or in an unacceptable condition, Route encourages customers to file a claim immediately. Please include photo reference of damaged item and packaging received.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly offer a full refund on orders from www.tonyaallenrealestate.com within 30 days of the ship date.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Items with signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the customer.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Refunds are typically issued within 2-7 business days from receipt of package at our facility. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

For exchanges, a new order will be created once the original item is returned to us and you'll receive an order confirmation email. You'll receive another email when the order ships, which will include a link to track your order.

What is Final Sale?

“Final Sale” means the specified merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

What do I do if something is out of stock?

You can easily sign up for back in stock notifications directly on a product page and we will email you if your size becomes available.

Please note, many of our styles are produced in a limited quantity and once they are gone, they're gone forever. We may receive additional stock through returns, but this is rare.

We highly recommend signing up for our newsletter, so you're the first to know when a new collections drops and can be the first to shop. We launch four collections a year, each with two drops and we are confident you'll find another style you love!

How should I care for my tonyaallenrealestate products?

General care instructions for our products are as follows:
